Ok, now my story: I went to an open house and tried to deal with the listing agent directly to avoid some commissions. However, I eventually hired Nicole as my agent because she is the most professional real estate agent I've seen. She followed up with me for every steps in the process, she works with good partners too so you can trust her referral, and she worked with me very hard for my loan issues and finally resolved it. I've been working with some agents in the past few years, but she is the only one that always keeps her promises, if she said she would ask something for me, she will and will always get back to me, that's very responsible and I really appreciate it.

Nicole was referred to us by a friend and at first we weren't really serious as we thought she was OC specialist and we were looking for a house in Porter Ranch. But we were wrong. There was no limit in where she can go. We were talking to other Porter Ranch area specialists before we met her but soon as we started talking to Nicole, we realized that she was more dedicated, proactive and passionate than passive and lazy area specialists we've been talking to. Housing market was hot at the time so we put in multiple offers with her which got outbid by other buyers... but at last we were able to get our offer accepted by this one seller! And the coronavirus happened. Long story short, it was extremely difficult and emotional time for us but Nicole stayed patient and calm and guided us to make right decisions. We finally closed escrow not too long ago! The seller caused some trouble by not moving out on the date she promised and taking appliances that she was supposed to leave behind.. Nicole kept fighting for us and got us credit for the appliances. I just can't thank her enough for everything she's done for us. If you're looking for an agent who really looks after you and your needs, Nicole is the person to talk to. She is the BEST!
